Having been injured herself and undergone multiple surgeries, Tia specializes in developing recovery methods for individuals who suffer from arthritis, previous injuries or surgeries to restore their strength and fitness abilities.
Training with a friend (or two) can be great motivation for everyone! Room is available for up to four people.
